A bit about me

Words might be my main thing, but I’m a well-rounded creative thinker. From qualitative research and information architecture to systems thinking and AI tools, I’m a jill-of-all-trades. I’ve worked for all kinds of companies—from my early days learning design thinking at IDEO to shipping products for startups and teams at AT&T and Google.

Today, I lead content for Shopify’s Growth Monetization team, designing the signup and incentive flows used by millions. From architecting AI prompts and LLM workflows to defining terminology for complex systems, I do it all and always sweat the details.

I’m a “super IC”/ super collaborator who partners with design, product, and engineering to drive business outcomes; I’m proud to have worked on high-visibility initiatives that are projected to generate over $6B in GMV.
